  • Saju started his career in the IT Industry in Training, subsequently spending 3 years in the USA working onsite for General Electric to digitize, develop and revamp their legacy systems using technology platforms including Java, Java Servlets, Oracle, SQL Server, Visual Basic, etc
  • As a former Management Consultant with Towers Watson, amongst the world’s largest Actuarial Consulting firms, Saju advised and consulted top notch Indian and multi-national companies in India and abroad on market entry, distribution and expansion strategies in the BFSI sector. As Vice President at HDFC Life, Saju led Business Development and Retail Sales roles with large Pan-India team expanding distribution, driving sales and process effectiveness and scaling up business
  • A great People Leader and Sales and Distribution specialist, Saju has effectively implemented a variety of management principles and frameworks and is expert at Negotiation, Strategic Thinking and Partnerships. He has completed several senior leadership programs including Design Thinking & Value Creationfrom ISB, Hyderabad, Managerial Leadership and Team Effectiveness from IIM Kolkata, Strategic Negotiation and Influencing Skills, from DDI, Mumbai and is also a member on the Board of Studies of the PGDM (Finance) program of SIES College of Management Studies
  • Travelling across the length and breadth of the country, Saju has had the unique opportunity to understand the pulse of the people and markets across various states and UTs. Besides, he has reviewed and short listed hundreds of profiles, interviewed and on-boarded scores of candidates across various job roles and bands

  • Abhilash started his career in the Banking industry and worked in a wide range of roles across Retail Branch Banking, NRI Banking, Relationship Management, Wealth Management and Investment Advisory. Subsequently, Abhilash moved in to the Life Insurance Industry and gained In-depth knowledge and expertise in Retail Insurance distribution, having conjured, implemented and refined a variety of strategies and models at Bajaj Allianz Life, HDFC Life and Max Life Insurance
  • As Vice President – Sales & Partnership Distribution with market leading players and leading large teams, Abhilash has been instrumental in the growth of bancassurance distribution in India, having launched and managed a variety of regional and national level bank partnerships including PSU, Private and Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). He has played a vital role in increasing the penetration of life insurance in urban as well as deeper rural markets in both the southern and northern parts of the country. He is amongst the very few leaders in the Industry to have the distinction and experience of leading bancassurance distribution from both bank and Insurer front
  • Expert at Corporate Sales and Strategic Alliances with distinguished and marquee partnership acquisitions across banks, NBFCs, MFIs, HFCs Fintech, Insuretechs, etc. A highly persuasive leader with a knack for execution, Abhilash has had the opportunity implement and refine critical management skills including People Management, Problem Solving, Negotiations and Strategic New Initiatives. During his career, he has completed various programs in Coaching and Advanced Leadership, Strategy and Leadership in VUCA world from IIM Bangalore
